Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the jljl platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between jljl and the user.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. jljl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time, and users will be notified of significant changes wherever reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on jljl, you must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Creating an account using false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each individual may hold only one account; any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach, please notify our support team immediately. jljl will never ask for your password by phone or email.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Jljl platform users agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Accessing another user's account, attempting to hack or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's systems, and using bots or automated software are strictly prohibited. Any user found attempting to compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users will face immediate action.
Fraudulent activity, money laundering, and illegal transactions are strictly prohibited on the platform. If suspicious activity is detected, jljl reserves the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account pending investigation. Users are required to comply with all platform rules, and jljl's decisions shall be considered final.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
All financial transactions on the jljl platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A range of approved payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — are available for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set on the platform and are subject to change. All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification.
Withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC), and first-time withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps. If any transaction appears suspicious or there is evidence of a rule violation, jljl reserves the right to cancel that transaction and suspend the associated account. Should an account be closed or suspended, any valid balance will be returned once the investigation has been completed.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The jljl platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis and shall not be held liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. Betting and gaming activities are inherently risky; users participate of their own free will and at their own risk. jljl does not guarantee any winnings or specific outcomes.
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand elements on the jljl platform are the intellectual property of jljl. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes. jljl is not responsible for the content or activities of any third-party links or references displayed on the platform. Users who visit third-party sites do so under those sites' own terms and conditions.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Bangladesh. By using the platform, users acknowledge that they will comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose. In the event of a legal dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation.
Jljl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes, along with the effective date.
